What You’ll Do

This role is critical to our ability to accelerate and scale our clinical AI product deployment as we expand our client base.

You will:

• Lead the integration of our clinical AI platform and application with our health system clients’ electronic health records (EHR).
• Work closely with our client success and health system technology teams to create and execute an implementation and testing plan that ensures smooth and timely integration.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to build world-class clinical AI applications for our end users.
• Validate end-to-end functionality of our platform and applications and the integration with the clients’ EHR.
• Collaborate with other software engineers to build frameworks, tools, and interfaces to accelerate client integrations.
• Consult with electronic health records (EHR) experts to understand the best integration strategy for our applications.
• Be an integral part of our diverse, inclusive, collaborative, fully-remote engineering team.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed engineer.
• You have 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying production quality applications for enterprise clients, preferably in the healthcare industry. ● You have 2+ years of experience creating and presenting technical design proposals that include technical specifications, implementation and test plans.
• You have 2+ years of experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
• You have 2+ years of experience with relational databases such as Postgresql, MySQL, etc.
• You are proficient in Python or have worked with multiple programming languages in writing production quality code.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You get things done, you are comfortable with uncertainty, and you have the grit to succeed at a small, early-stage startup.
• You have a track record as a collaborative, driven team player with a high sense of ownership.
• You have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with health data, integration with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Health IT interoperability standards is highly preferred.
